Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed August 31, 2026
Offensive Insight LLC is committed to providing a website that people with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and use. We treat accessibility as an ongoing design, engineering, content, and testing responsibility.
Our Accessibility Target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and testing target. This statement describes our current practices and does not represent a legal certification or a guarantee that every experience will be barrier-free in every combination of browser and assistive technology.
Accessibility Features
- Semantic page landmarks, heading structure, and a skip-to-content link.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, cookie preferences, and calls to action.
- Visible focus indicators and reduced-motion support.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative graphics.
- Form labels, required-field identification, field-specific error messages, and focus transfer to the first invalid field.
- Responsive layouts designed to reflow without horizontal page scrolling at narrow widths and increased zoom.
- Analytics disabled until affirmative consent, with support for Global Privacy Control signals.
Known Limitations
The current project inquiry form prepares a message in the visitor's default email application. Devices without a configured email application may not complete that handoff. The same inquiry can be made by emailing info@offensiveinsight.com or calling 949-478-3307.
External websites and third-party services linked from this site are controlled by their respective providers. We cannot guarantee their accessibility, but we welcome reports when an external dependency creates a barrier to using our services.
Request Assistance or Report a Barrier
If you cannot access information, need content in an alternative format, or encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us using either method below:
- Email info@offensiveinsight.com with the subject “Accessibility request.”
- Call 949-478-3307.
Please include the page or feature involved, the barrier you encountered, your preferred response method, and any accommodation that would help. Do not include sensitive medical or disability information unless it is necessary for your request. We will respond as promptly as practicable and work with you to provide reasonable access to the information or service.
Assessment and Improvement
We use a combination of code review, automated checks, keyboard testing, responsive testing, and manual inspection. Automated tools cannot identify every accessibility barrier, so we also rely on user feedback and periodic assistive-technology review. We update this statement when material accessibility practices or known limitations change.
