Duke Duong founded Offensive Insight to connect two disciplines that are too often sold separately: intelligent workflows and the secure infrastructure required to run them.

The firm focuses on practical architecture: define the workflow, identify the data boundary, select the right deployment model, pressure-test the design, and leave the client with documentation its own team can operate. Recommendations are vendor-neutral and tied to business and security requirements rather than a preferred platform.

Duke is an accomplished technical executive and enterprise leader who pairs deep command of the full infrastructure stack with strong business acumen — designing, scaling, and securing the mission-critical systems that modern digital businesses run on. His expertise spans supply chain systems/management, high-performance infrastructure, cybersecurity, and large-scale content distribution, applied across Communication, Media & Entertainment, Cloud, and Government.

Across more than two decades in Chief Architecture and technology leadership roles at Fortune 50 and global technology leaders, he has led global engineering organizations, owned multimillion-dollar vendor and P&L relationships, evaluated M&A activity, and delivered zero-downtime infrastructure transformations at enterprise scale. He currently architects petabyte-scale immersive-media infrastructure supporting next-generation content creation and delivery. His work pairs deep hands-on technical command with executive leadership — setting strategy, building high-performing global teams, and turning complex infrastructure into measurable business outcomes.

Offensive Insight is the next chapter — an AI and agentic-AI consulting practice that brings this same enterprise-grade discipline to organizations modernizing their infrastructure, security, intellectual property, content protection, and operational efficiency.

Chief Information Security Officer

David is a cybersecurity and technology leader with 23 years of experience spanning information security, enterprise infrastructure, cloud architecture, DevOps, networking, governance, risk management, and technology operations. He works at the intersection of security, technology, and business to help organizations manage risk, resilience, compliance, and transformation.

His leadership and architecture experience spans commercial, regulated financial, cybersecurity, and U.S. Department of Defense environments. He has architected and operated Azure Government and GCC High environments supporting mission-critical DoD systems and IL4/IL5 data, implemented Zero Trust and secure networking architectures, and supported workloads aligned with FedRAMP High, CMMC, NIST, audit-readiness, and authorization requirements.

David has produced security and architecture documentation supporting government contracts valued at more than $50 million and ATO readiness. His approach combines executive security perspective with hands-on understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure, networks, identity, applications, automation, and operations so cybersecurity enables resilient, scalable, and well-governed growth.
