David Partow

Chief Information Security Officer

David is a cybersecurity and technology leader with 23 years of experience spanning information security, enterprise infrastructure, cloud architecture, DevOps, networking, governance, risk management, and technology operations. He works at the intersection of security, technology, and business to help organizations manage risk, resilience, compliance, and transformation.

His leadership and architecture experience spans commercial, regulated financial, cybersecurity, and U.S. Department of Defense environments. He has architected and operated Azure Government and GCC High environments supporting mission-critical DoD systems and IL4/IL5 data, implemented Zero Trust and secure networking architectures, and supported workloads aligned with FedRAMP High, CMMC, NIST, audit-readiness, and authorization requirements.

David has produced security and architecture documentation supporting government contracts valued at more than $50 million and ATO readiness. His approach combines executive security perspective with hands-on understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure, networks, identity, applications, automation, and operations so cybersecurity enables resilient, scalable, and well-governed growth.
